These Terms govern your use of Pikbye and the purchase of our educational products. By using our site or buying our services, you agree to these Terms.

Platform Overview
Pikbye is an independent educational platform providing courses, coaching, and digital guides that teach players about Lineage II. We provide education only; we do not provide in-game services, items, or accounts.

User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Pikbye. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Educational Services
Our services are for learning and informational purposes. They are designed to help you understand game systems and improve your own skills.

Online Courses
Courses may be self-paced or live. Details of format, level, duration, and contents are shown before purchase.

Coaching Sessions
Coaching is delivered live online and tailored to your stated goals. You are responsible for attending booked sessions.

Digital Guides
Guides are digital products delivered to your account. Some are free; others are paid one-off purchases.

Free and Paid Resources
Free resources are clearly marked. Paid resources display their price in GBP before purchase.

Orders and Enrolments
When you place an order, you receive confirmation and access according to the product type. A contract is formed once we confirm your order.

Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable tax. We may change prices, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

Payments
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

Digital Content Delivery
Self-paced courses and guides are made available immediately or shortly after purchase through your account. Live sessions are delivered at the scheduled time.

Coaching Bookings
You book coaching by selecting an available slot and providing the requested information in advance.

Rescheduling
Live sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations
Cancellations of live sessions or programmes made 7 or more days in advance receive a full refund. Later cancellations may not be refundable, subject to your statutory rights.

Refund Conditions
Live courses, workshops, and coaching: refundable as set out above.
Digital content (self-paced courses and guides): where you access downloadable or instantly available digital content, you agree that delivery begins immediately and you may lose the standard 14-day cancellation right once access has started. This does not affect your right to a remedy if the content is faulty or not as described.

Applicable Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply. Digital content must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If it is not, you are entitled to an appropriate remedy.

Digital Content Conditions
Digital products are licensed for your personal, individual use only.

User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account.

User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and not disrupt or misuse the service.

Intellectual Property
All Pikbye content — courses, videos, guides, and materials — is owned by Pikbye or its licensors and is protected by law.

Restrictions
You may not copy, share, redistribute, reproduce, resell, or publicly post our educational materials. Access is for your personal use only.

Acceptable Use
You must not use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers, for example for payments and hosting. Their terms may also apply to those parts of the service.

Service Availability
We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, as maintenance or technical issues may occur.

Disclaimer of Results
Our courses, coaching, and guides are educational. We do not guarantee any specific gameplay results, rankings, competitive achievements, or professional opportunities. Outcomes depend on your own effort and circumstances.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pikbye is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Dispute Resolution
If you have a problem, please contact us first at info@pikbye.com so we can resolve it. Any disputes not resolved this way are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Pikbye is an independent educational and informational platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developer, publisher, or rights holders of Lineage II. We do not use official logos, copyrighted artwork, or protected assets in any way that suggests an official relationship. Lineage II and related names are the property of their respective owners.
