- Live sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before a live session or programme start receive a full refund.
- Because self-paced digital courses are accessible immediately, refunds after access are handled under the conditions in our Terms of Service and your statutory rights.
